摘　　要：可扩展的商业报告语言(XBRL)掀起了财务报告的新浪潮,XBRL在我国应用也刚刚起步。本文就目前我国应用与发展XBRL提出了相关对策。The eXtensible Business Reporting Language（XBRL） brings about the new wave in finance report,which is also just start to apply in our country.This text puts forward the related counterplans of the application and development of XBRL in our country at the present time.
