摘  要:钢纤维混泥土极大改善了普通混凝土材料的力学性能。为探究钢纤维混凝土断裂过程的力学特性和承载力的估算方法,用试验机对2种不同切口尺寸的钢纤维混凝土试件进行了楔入式劈裂断裂电测跟踪试验,得到了一系列载荷-位移关系曲线,载荷-张开位移关系曲线,以及断裂损伤区变形随载荷变化曲线。通过试验数据计算了各个试件的黏聚裂纹应力强度因子,结合应力强度因子与双断裂准则,对各组试件的承载力进行了理论计算,并与试验峰值的平均值作比较,二者符合良好。The mechanical properties of concrete materials were greatly improved by steel fiber reinforced concrete( SFRC).To research the mechanical properties of facture process and bearing capacity calculation method of SFRC, wedge-splitting experiment of 2 sizes of SFRC specimens were carried out,in which two specimens were measured with electrical strain gauges equipment.A series of experimental curves were obtained and analyzed, such as the curves of displacement of load point with loading, fracture damaged zone deformation with loading, and position of cohesive crack tip with loading.The stress intensity factors of differently sized fracture specimens were calculated, and the bearing capacity was ob- tained through the computation formula of stress intensity factor and the double-K fracture criterion, and the calculated values are agreement well with the tested results.
