摘　　要：针对国家体育场清水混凝土看台板安装工程板的数量大、规格型号多、部分构件质量大、整体"上压下"的结构设计和上层外圈吊装、竖向重叠及悬挑部分看台板不易依次一次就位、受限于"鸟巢"现场的施工和作业条件及安装质量要求高且工期紧等特点和难点,首先确定了安装工艺流程和安装顺序,并根据看台板的质量和作业距离对大型设备吊车性能的匹配进行了选型,然后根据各工序的特点确定质量控制要点,并重点确定了安装重点和难点板在各工序中采取的技术措施。通过在安装过程中执行既定的安全技术和成品保护等措施,最终如期高质量地完成了看台板安装任务,达到或超过了设计和验收标准要求的清水效果。The as-castfinish concrete bleachers platforms of the national Olympic stadium are large number and specifications,with big weight and the one up one structure design, and the installation work is confined with high qualitative quality, and tight schedule and in-situ conditions. So, technology procedure is determined firstly, then installation order, and also the main hoisting equipments.Based on the procedure characteristic, a serial of control measurement is clear defined including of the chief quality, security and product protect.Especially,the specific technology measure is planned directed against those as-castfinish concrete bleachers platforms, which can＇t install easily.At last, the installation task is finished with high precision and the effect with as-castfinish that designers＇ proposed.
