摘　　要：本文通过比较某三甲医院日间病部运转模式实施前后平均住院天数、住院人均费、人均药费等变化情况,研究该模式对医疗费用控制的影响。发现日间病部运转模式在提高科室床位周转率和使用率的同时,对降低全院医疗次均费用、调整医院收入结构等都具有积极的意义,是医院深化改革、提高管理效率的一种有效手段。Through the before-and-after comparison about the implementation of the Daytime disease department pattern in the top three hospital , such as the average days in hospital, Hospital fee per capita, Per capita expenses and other changes , this paper have studied the impact of the pattern on the Medical expense control. We found that the Daytime disease department running pattern has an effective meaning in improving Department beds turnover and Utilization rate, reducing all costs of medical time of the hospital , adjusting the income structure of the hospital. So it is an effective way in the hospital deepening reform and improving management efficiency.
