摘　　要：为了提高１２０ 院前医疗急救调度系统的服务水平， 根据现有计算机及数字通讯技术，参照国外紧急救援机构和国内１１９、１１０ 专业调度台的建设经验， 结合１２０ 急救的需要， 杭州市急救中心与杭州市电信局等单位协作开发了院前急救综合调度指挥系统。该系统由呼救信息传输、信息管理、调度指挥三大部分９ 个子系统组成。经运行表明： 该系统具有传输稳定可靠、功能性强； 接警快捷、直观便利； 调度畅通以及扩充性强、便于管理的优点。该系统的应用对于提高急救调度指挥的速度， 提高准确性， 减少急救回车率、提高服务质量和急救资源的利用率均有积极的意义。In order to enhance the service level of the 120s pre hospital emergency treatment system,the Hangzhou emergency center,the Hangzhou post bureau and etc.developed a first-aid integrative managing command system to meet the demand of the 120 warning service,based on the computer and digital connection technology nowadays.During construction of the system,experiences of building emergency organizations in foreign countries and 119 and 110 professional warning stations in our country are referred.The system consists of three main parts with 9 subsystems.After practical running,the system shows many advantages such as high a stability,good reliability,great capacities,high reaction speed,audio convenience and unblocked management.The construction of this system has great importance in raising the velocity of emergency command management,increasing the accuracy and service quality and reducing the turn back of ambulances.
