摘　　要：科学技术是第一生产力,金融是现代经济的血液,科技金融结合是科技与经济结合的重要切入点和突破口。本文在明确界定科技金融服务平台定义的基础上,结合平台的构建原则与功能定位,构建出以信用平台为基础、投融资平台为主体、中介服务平台和信用担保平台为两翼的区域性科技金融服务平台结构模型。同时还分析各个平台间的关系,并对平台的运行模式进行一定的探讨。On the basis of clearly defining the sci-tech finance service platform,this paper constructs a regional Sci-tech Finance Services Platform Model according to the platform＇s construction principle and function.In this model,credit platform is the foundation,investment and financing platform is the main part,intermediary service platform and credit guarantee platform are the wings.Meanwhile,this paper not only analyzes the relationship among the four sub-platforms but also does some research on the operating mode of this platform.
