溶胶—凝胶法制备莫来石膜的研究

摘　　要：以正硅酸乙酯（ＴＥＯＳ）和硝酸铝为原料，用溶胶—凝胶法制备莫来石膜。讨论了溶胶制备过程中ＨＣｌ、ＨＮＯ３和ＨＡｃ等催化剂的作用，溶胶的形成机理。Supported and unsupported m ullite m em branes w ere prepared by sol gelprocess from bothtetraethyoxysilane( T E O S).and alum inum nitrate precursors. The effects of different type of catalysts suchas H Cl, H N O3 and H Ac in the course of solpreparing,solform ing m echanism and structure of m ullite m em branes w ere discussed.
