摘 要:文章结合工程实例,提出在山岭地区高速公路隧道施工中,在Ⅱ~Ⅲ类围岩及紧急停车带地段初期支护中采用湿喷钢纤维混凝土,取代了传统的素喷混凝土加钢筋网支护形式,克服了网喷砼施工时钢筋网背后容易出现空洞的现象,增强了混凝土的韧性和防裂能力,能更好地适应围岩变形,发挥其自承能力;同时湿喷混凝土施工工艺降低了回弹量,简化了工序,改善了洞内的作业环境,有利于加快施工进度。The article,combining with practical engineering examples,proposes that during the highway tunnel construction in the mountain region,the initial support of Ⅱ~Ⅲsurrounding rock and emergency parking lot takes wet sprayed steel fiber reinforced concrete,replacing the traditional support form of prime sprayed concrete and reinforcement network.It can overcome the empty net phenomenon behind reinforcement network in the construction of network spraying concrete,and enhance the toughness and cracking prevetion ability of the concrete,thus to better adapt to rock deformation and play its self-supporting capacity.Meanwhile,the construction process of wet sprayed concrete can decrease the amount of spring back,simplify the process,improve the operating environment inside the cave,and speed up the construction progress.
