摘　　要：文章从4个方面提出生活垃圾综合治理的建议,强调生活垃圾的综合治理应坚持"减量化、再循环、再利用"的原则。The paper puts forward four proposals for comprehensive management of solid waste,and emphases that the comprehensive management of solid waste should adhere to the principle of ＂reduce,recycle and reuse＂.
