摘  要:为了研究伽玛刀不同剂量照射正常大鼠尾壳核后延髓星形胶质细胞的变化,本研究用γ刀从10 Gy 至100 Gy 十个不同剂量级照射一侧尾壳核,3 个月后,进行抗胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白免疫组织化学反应。结果证明:在延髓中尾段的抗胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞表现出如下反应:(1) 阳性反应细胞增加,肥大型细胞明显增多;(2) 从低剂量至高剂量抗胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞反应也从延髓周边向深部扩展;(3) “延髓内脏带”内抗胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞反应尤为明显;(4) 舌下神经核等处的抗胶质细胞原纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞出现较迟。以上所见提示:γ刀照射一个局部可产生广泛的反应,远离靶区的延髓的反应与照射剂量成正相关。To study changes of astrocytes in the medulla oblongata of normal rats after irradiation by γ ray, their caudate putamen were irradiated by various dosage of gamma knife, the dosage was from 10 Gy to 100 Gy. The rats were sacrificed 3 months after irradiation and fixed and cryosectioned. The sections of the medulla oblongata were reacted with anti glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) immunohistochemical ABC method. GFAP immunoreactive (GFAPir) positive cells (astrocytes) appeared in middle caudal segment of the medulla oblongata, the main distinguished features were as follows: firstly, both GFAPir cells and hypertrophic cells were increased remarkably; secondly, distribution of GFAPir cells from periphery to the central part of medulla oblongata was enlarging with an increasing dosage; thirdly, the medullary visceral zone had more positive cells than other parts. Lastly, the hypoglossal nucleus displayed a late occurrence of positive cells. The result shows that though confined area was irradiated by gamma knife, the affected areas were extensive.
