摘　　要：介绍了《海砂混凝土应用技术规范》JGJ 206-2010制定的背景和工作基础,解析了"从严控制"的原则及其在标准条文中的具体体现,并对其若干特点,如突出海砂混凝土的耐久性、适当放宽海砂的贝壳含量、遵循普通混凝土的结构设计原则以及在质量检验与验收中强调耐久性等进行了阐述。The background and base work of ＂Technical Code for Application of Sea Sand Concrete＂ was introduced. The principle of ＂control strictly＂ was analyzed and embodied in the articles of the code. For some characteristics was expatiated, such as give prominence to the durability of sea sand concrete, broaden the content of shell adequately, follow the principle of structure design of common concrete, and emphasize the lifetime during quality test and accept.
