摘 要:为准确评价密断级配沥青混合料中粗集料的嵌挤特性,提出了粗集料骨架间隙率最小值的测定方法和密断级配混合料骨架嵌挤的新标准;据此,改进了粗集料空隙填充法,应用于密断级配沥青混合料的设计;并通过马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验等检测了所设计混合料的路用性能。发现所设计的密断级配沥青混合料中粗集料间隙率比干捣实法测定的粗集料间隙率减少了3.7%;混合料的动稳定度达3 000次/mm以上;浸水马歇尔残留稳定度、冻融劈裂强度比和低温弯曲试验破坏应变分别为91.68%、85.85%和0.004 060;这些技术指标均满足《公路沥青路面施工规范》的要求。改进的粗集料空隙填充法可广泛应用于密断级配的沥青混合料的组成设计。In order to evaluate the interlocking property of coarse aggregates in dense discontinuous graded asphalt mixture accurately,a determination of the minimum of voids in coarse aggregate and the new criterion of skeleton interlocking of this type of mixture were presented.Accordingly,the coarse aggregate void filling method(CAVF) was improved and applied to design this type of mixture.And then,road performances of the designed mixture were tested by Marshall test,soggy Marshall test,freeze-thaw split test and low temperature bending test.It is found that(1) voids of coarse aggregate in designed mixture decreased by 3.7% compared to the voids in the coarse aggregate in the dry rodded condition;(2) its dynamic stability reaches above 3000 times/mm;(3) its soggy Marshall residual stability ratio,freeze-thaw split strength ratio and failure strain of bending test at low temperature are 91.68%,85.85% and 0.004060 respectively.These technical indexes can satisfy the requirements of Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements.The improved coarse aggregate void filling method can be applied widely to design dense discontinuous gradation asphalt mixtures.
