摘  要:围岩变形是隧道开挖过程中很重要的一项施工监控的指标,将聚类方法引入到具体的隧道开挖过程中,挖掘出影响变形速率的主导因素,从而为隧道施工过程中变形的控制决策提供参考。利用层次聚类对监测点进行分类,采用最小二乘法曲线拟合对相关数据进行预处理,再采用层次聚类法确定影响变形的主因素,并最终得出结论:开挖面距离与隧道埋深是决定变形的两个主要因素,对围岩的变形产生重要影响,得出的结果将反馈到具体的隧道开挖过程中指导后续施工。Deformation,a construction monitoring indicator,is of great importance to the process of tunnel excavation.The clustering method was introduced to the process of concrete tunnel excavation,with the purpose of digging the main factor which influence the deformation rate most to offer a decision-making reference of deformation control in tunnel construction.First,the monitoring points were classified through hierarchical clustering,and some relative data were preprocessed by using curve fitting with least square method.Then,the main factors which affect deformation rate were found out by using hierarchical clustering.It is concluded that distance to the excavation and depth are the main factors which effect tunnel deformation most.The result could be used as feedback to guide the construction process later.
