摘　　要：首先总结归纳了国内外路网容量的常用研究方法,在综合分析城市路网特征和交通运行特征之后,首次提出运用压力测试方法进行路网容量的研究,并在此创新性采用了爬山法与二分法相结合的加载方法,得到了良好的实用效果。运用此设计理念与方法,将其应用到北京市怀柔区城区路网的实际情况中,得出了预测的路网容量值,符合实际路网条件,且验证了这种方法的有效性,从而为路网质量评价、路网规划、路网改建以及交通的管理与控制提供科学的理论支持。The domestic and foreign research methods of network capacity were summarized at first,and comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of urban road network and the traffic was performed.Then the stress test methods was first used to research network capacity,and the hill-climbing and dichotomy combined loading method were applied innovatively.This design idea and method were applied to predict the road network capacity of Huairou area of Beijing.The predicted values accord with the actual road network conditions.The validity of this method was verified,which could provide a scientific theory support for quality evaluation of road network,road network planning,road network reconstruction,traffic management and control.
