摘 要:对水稻配子体细胞质雄性不育系粤泰人保持系粤泰B、F1代泰优2号和孢子体细胞质雄性不育系珍汕97A保持系珍汕97B、F代汕优63及另一种孢子体细胞质雄性不育系马协A保持系马协B、F1代马协63的黄化苗线粒体离体翻译产物进行SDS-PAGE分析。结果表明:粤泰A的线粒体比粤泰B、素优2号少合成2条多肽,B与F1的带型相近,A特异合成40.7kD多肽;珍汕97A珍汕97B、汕优63的线粒体高体翻译产物相互之间没有发现差异性;马协A比马协B、马协63少合成67.8kD多肽,马协B特异合成42.7kD多肽。Rice mitochondria were extracted and purified under sterile conditions fromyellow seedlings of gametophyte and sporophyte male sterile lines by centrifugation ina discontinuous sucrose gradient Mitochondrial proteins synthesized in vitro werelabelled by (35S) methionine. It showed that there were two polypeptides (52.0kD,65.4kD) synthesized in Yueha B (maintainer line) and Taiyou 2 (F, hybrid), butthey were suppressed in Yuetai A (sterile line). Mitochondria of Yuetri A synthesizeda characteristic polypeptide of 40.7kD which was suppressed in Yueni B and Taiyou2. Polypephdes differentially synthesized in WA type (A, B, F ) were not foundMaxie B (maintainer line) had also a characteristic polypeptide of 42.7kD. Apolypeptides of 67.8kD was synthesized only in Maxie B (maintainer line) and Maxie63 (F hybrid) and not detected in Maxie A (sterile line). These observations werediscussed with reference to the possible mechanisms of CMS in rice.
