摘　　要：在菲律宾南部和平进程的不同阶段,中东穆斯林国家扮演了摩洛穆斯林的支持者、双方谈判的中介者,以及全面和平的推动者等角色。它们成功地促成菲律宾南部局势从战乱转向和谈、从纸上和平转到实际和平,并促使菲律宾南部由局部和平向全面和平过渡。中东国家所以能发挥这样的作用,原因在于中东穆斯林国家和菲律宾的各自实力地位、原则立场,以及由菲律宾灵活外交策略促成的相互间良性互动关系。The Muslim countries in the Middle East played several kinds of roles as supporters of the Moro Muslim,negotiations intermediaries and promoters of comprehensive peace at different stages of peace processes in southern Philippine.They contributed to the successful shift from war situation to peace talks,from paper to actual peace talks and from partial peace to comprehensive peace in the southern Philippines.The Middle East countries are able to play such a role based on their position of strength,principled stand and flexible interaction adopted by Philippine foreign policy and their good interrelations with Philippines.
