多层次灰色评价法在产业升级程度评价中的应用与验证——以黑龙江省为例

摘　　要：产业结构的演进往往是推动经济总量持续扩张的基础性启动因素。因此,根据产业升级评价层次性和产业升级评价信息灰性的特点,选择多层次灰色评价法来对我省产业升级程度进行评价,综合评价值为6.4844,评价等级属中偏良,偏向较好。根据评价过程中所得权重大小的比较,得出产业升级的四条主要路径:促进技术进步、利用外商投资、大力发展高新技术产业、促进产业可持续发展和资源有效利用。The evolution of industrial structure,promote economic volume is often the basic factors of continued expansion started.Therefore,According to industrial upgrading assessment gradation and industrial upgrading assessment information grey,Choose multilevel grey evaluation method to evaluate degree in industrial upgrading,The comprehensive evaluation value for 6.4844,The rating of partial,Deflection is good.According to the evaluation process weight gains size comparison,The four major that industrial upgrading paths：Promote technological progress、The utilization of foreign investment、Vigorously develop high-tech industries、To promote sustainable development of industry and Effective use of resources.
