摘　　要：自经济转轨以来,俄罗斯与东欧转轨国家经济深受美元化问题之害,各国去美元化的努力由于全球金融危机的爆发而遭受重大打击。本文首先从货币替代和资产替代两个层面衡量了转轨国家经济美元化的程度,在此基础上,我们对这些国家美元化的成因与影响、去美元化战略的提出以及具体对策进行了深入分析。Since their economic transition the Russian and East European economies have suffered tremendously from the US Dollar issue and received severe blows in their de-US dollarization efforts.The article first weighs the extent of their US dollarization from money and asset substitutions and then their causes and impact and finally makes a deep analysis of the de-US dollarization strategy and specific policy measures.
