柞蚕茧解舒机理的研究

摘　　要：对柞蚕茧解舒剂Na_2CO_3、Na_2SiO_8和H_2O_2混合水溶液的解舒机理进行研究,首次搞清三者的作用及其协调作用。Na_2CO_3溶解丝胶,Na_2SiO_3溶解丝胶和丝素,在碱性溶液中的H_2O_2破坏龙胆酸与丝蛋白交联物的交联键。三者搭配得当有益于柞蚕茧解舒。The researches made on the reelability mechanism of tussah cocoons in mixture water solution of reeling agents Na_2CO_3, Na_2SiO_3 show that Na_2CO_3 dissolves seriein, Na_2SiO_3 dissolves sericin and fibroin, while H_2O_2 destroys the crosslink bond between gentianic acid and fibroin in alkali solution..& proper coordination of the three factors will result in synergistic action,beneficial to the reelability of tussah cocoons.
