儿童隐匿阴茎的治疗

摘　　要：目的:通过总结60例先天性隐匿阴茎的临床资料,探讨不同手术方式对隐匿阴茎患儿的治疗效果。方法:总结近7年来对60例隐匿阴茎患儿采用不同手术方法进行治疗的临床经验,其中Devine术16例,脱套式阴茎固定术30例,转移皮瓣法14例。结果:在平均约1年的随访中,无明显肥胖者术后阴茎外形已发育良好,Devine术后3例出现顽固性水肿。结论:隐匿阴茎手术方法较多,根据患儿阴茎发情况可采用不同的手术方式,皮瓣转移法术后阴茎外观接近包茎术后外观,并发症较少。Objective:Through summarizing the 60 patients with congenital conceals the penis,discuss the clinical data of different surgical procedures to conceal the penis of children's therapeutic effect.Methods:The past 7 years to summerize some 60 cases conceals the penis children using different surgical method for treatment of clinical experience,including 16 cases,take off Devine intraoperative type of penis fixation 30 cases of 14 cases flap transfer method.Results:In an average of about 1 years of follow-up,no obvious obese postoperative penis appearance has well developed,Devine after 3 cases with intractable edema.Conclusion:Conceals the penis surgical method is more,according to children penis hair condition may adopt different surgical methods,skin flaps spell penis appearance after close to the foreskin postoperative appearance,fewer complications.
