摘　　要：目的：探讨提高安置永久性心脏起搏器置入术的护理质量的方法，保障病人生活质量。方法：对37例心脏起搏和传导功能障碍患者置入永久性起搏器，实施术前、术中、术后的护理和健康指导。结果：实施正确的护理措施和健康指导，使病人消除思想负担，增强战胜疾病的信心，提高了生活质量。结论：对安置永久性心脏起搏器的患者提供统一而规范的护理，可以保证患者的手术安全，提高护理工作质量，有效地促进患者的生活质量。Objective Discussing the ways to improve the nursing quality and ensuring the quality of the patients＇ lives after placing the permanent cardiac pacemakers. Methods Placing the permanent cardiac pacemakers to 37 cardiac pacing patients with conduction defects. Givingnursing advice in pre-operation,while-operation and post-operation periods. Results Decreasing the mental burden and increasing the confidence of the patients to fight disease by carrying out proper nursing interventions. Conclusion Normative nursing intervention to the patients with permanent cardiac pacemakers ensures safe surgery, promotes nursing quality and improves the quality of the patients＇ lives.
