摘 要:通过增加硅钢片改造了电磁连铸铝制结晶器,测定了改造后结晶器内的磁场分布;应用改造后的结晶器进行软接触电磁连铸制备了7050铝合金锭,研究了铸锭的凝固组织及溶质分布情况。结果表明:改造后的结晶器内磁场显著增强,结晶器内磁感应强度在同一高度上角部的最大,短边中心的次之,长边中心的较短边中心的稍弱,平面中心的最小,各点的磁感应强度基本都在结晶器内感应线圈高度的1/2处达到最大值;使用改造后的结晶器可以显著细化铸锭的凝固组织,并且能够有效抑制溶质元素的宏观偏析。The magnetic field distribution in the improved electromagnetic continuous casting aluminum-made mould through adding silicon steel sheet was measured.Using the mould 7050 aluminum alloy slabs were prepared by soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting.The solidification structure and solute distribution of the slabs were investigated.The results show that the magnetic field in the improved mould was significantly enhanced.At the same height,the magnetic induction intensity in the mould reached maximum at the corner,took second place at the center of short side with the value a little stronger than that at the long side,and reached minimum at the center of the plane.The magnetic induction intensity in the mould basically reached maximum at the half of the induction coil height.The solidification structure of the slabs prepared by the improved mould was significantly refined,and the macro-segregation of the solute elements was effectively restrained.
