摘　　要：目的 分析Nd-YAG激光治疗晶状体膨胀继发青光眼的疗效及优缺点.方法 对5例（5只眼）药物难以控制的晶状体膨胀继发青光眼患者予Nd-YAG激光虹膜周切治疗.结果 对比治疗前后眼压及前房深度,治疗后眼压控制良好,前房形成,有效率100%,短期内停药未再发作高眼压.结论 对于药物难以控制的晶状体膨胀继发青光眼,早期激光虹膜周切治疗安全、有效.Objective To research on the efficacy, virtues and defects of the Nd-YAG laser treatment method for secondary glaucoma due to intumescent cataract. Methods Nd-YAG laser iridectomy was performed in 5 patients （5 eyes） of drugs difficult to control glaucoma due to intumescent cataract. Results Intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth before and after treatment were compared. After treatment, good control of intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth was obtained with 100% efficiency. No further attack of high intraocular pressure was seen after short-term withdrawal of medication. Conclusions The early laser iridectomy is safe and effective for the treatment of drug difficult to control glaucoma due to intumescent cataract.
