摘 要:对卡特兰杂交种进行了不同温度处理,以研究温度对开花的影响。结果表明:杂种卡特兰花芽未分化期开始采用25/20℃(昼/夜温度)处理能够显著地促进开花,使盛花期提前56d,但开花率低,开花以单花为主;在萼片分化期开始采用25/20℃处理也能够显著地促进开花,使盛花期提前14d,开花以双花为主,并且花朵显著增大;花芽未分化期开始采用35/30℃的高温处理能够抑制开花,萼片分化期开始采用35/30℃的高温处理能够延迟开花,花期延迟14d;2次30/25℃处理的开花性状与对照无显著差异。Brassolaeliocattleya Sung Ya Green ' Green World' was treated under different temperatures to study the impacts on flowering. When the temperature treatments began at the undifferentiation phase, flowering was significantly advanced under 25/20 ℃ , i. e. 56 days earlier than that of control, but flowering rate was lower and single flowers were dominant. When the treatments began at the sepal differentiation phase, flowering was advanced for 14 days under 25/20 ℃, the size of flowers was significantly increased and double flowers were dominant. The flowering were inhibited under 35/30 ℃ when the temperature treatments began at the undifferentiation phase, while postponed for 14 days when began at the sepal differentiation phase; there was no difference between these two treatments of 30/25 ℃ and the control.
