摘　　要：本文探讨中小套型住宅的中老年人使用问题,并提出适老性设计要点,希望引起设计者重视,为我国今后住宅的适老性设计提供有益参考。This paper discusses the usage of the medium and small unit housing by seniors, and presents the key points of the senior-suited design, and will hopefully draw designers＇ attention to these key points. These key points can also be used as good references for senior-suited design of our country＇s housing in the future
