摘  要:运用ViewCast模拟软件对某铸钢汽车后桥V法铸造的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,预测了原工艺方案所产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的位置和大小。根据模拟结果,对原工艺方案进行了改进,增设横浇道和冷铁,铸件实现了顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,从而获得了合理的铸造工艺方案并通过工厂的生产验证。After simulating the solidification process for steel casting automotive rear axle with V-method casting by numerical simulation software View Cast,the location and scale of shrinkage defects caused in the initial process was predicted.According to the simulation results,the initial process was optimized by adding runner and chill.The improved process achieved progressive solidification and the shrinkage defects were eliminated.The reasonable casting process was obtained and the process was validated in productive factory.
