摘  要:采用氩弧焊对不同稀土Er含量的6063铝合金薄板进行焊接,采用"520℃条件下保温20min"对焊接接头进行焊后热处理。通过拉伸试验、显微硬度测试,研究了不同Er含量对接头力学性能的影响,对比分析了焊后热处理前、后的接头力学性能。结果表明:当Er含量(wEr)低于0.4%时,随着Er含量的增加,接头的力学性能显著增加,但当Er含量超过0.4%时,随着Er含量继续增加,接头的力学性能稍微降低。焊后热处理可以提高焊接接头的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和显微硬度。6063 aluminum alloy thin plates with different rare earth content were welded by TIG welding,and then the welded joint was treated at 520℃ for 20 min.The mechanical properties of welded joint were investigated by tensile test,microhardness distribution test.The effects of rare earth content or with and without post weld heat treatment on mechanical properties of welded joint were studied.The results show that,when the content of rare earth in 6063 aluminum alloy is less than 0.4%,with the increase of the content of rare earth,the tensile properties of the welded joints significantly increase,but when the content of rare earth surpasses 0.4%,with the increase of the content of rare earth,the tensile properties of the welded joints reduce slightly.In addition,the tensile strength,yield strength,the elongation and microhardness of the welded joint can enhance by post-weld heat treatment.
