摘　　要：通过对连接杆结构进行分析,介绍了连接杆热挤压成形工艺方案,并进行了工艺试验,提出了采用棒料复合挤压成形连接杆工艺。给出了坯料尺寸及热挤压力的计算方法,并对整形模、挤孔模、热挤压模的设计做了介绍。Through analyzing the structure of connecting rod,its hot extrusion process was introduced,and the connecting rod was produced by this process,then a composite extrusion process was put forward.The size of the die and the calculation method of hot extrusion force were presented,and the design of reshaping die,extruding hole die and hot extrusion die was introduced.
