摘 要:目的:探讨速度向量成像(VVI)技术评价左室舒张功能的可行性。方法:依据二尖瓣口舒张早期(E)、晚期(A)血流频谱比值E/A<1及二尖瓣环前壁、下壁、侧壁、间隔4个位点的舒张早期(Ea)、晚期(Aa)组织多普勒频谱比值Ea/Aa<1选取左室舒张功能减低患者61例(患者组),同时依据1<E/A<2及Ea/Aa>1选取40例健康成人(对照组),应用VVI技术测量2组二尖瓣环前壁、下壁、侧壁、间隔4个位点的舒张早期(Ve)、晚期(Va)运动速度,舒张早期(SRe)、晚期(SRa)应变率,并计算速度比值(Ve/Va)及应变率比值(SRe/SRa)。结果:与对照组相比,患者组二尖瓣环各位点Ve、Ve/Va、SRe、SRe/SRa降低(P<0.01),Va、SRa增高(P<0.01)。结论:速度向量成像技术可用于二尖瓣环运动的定量分析,可作为评价左室舒张功能的一种新方法。Objective: To explore the feasibility of velocity vector imaging (VVI) in evaluation of left ventricular diastolic function. Methods: Sixty-one patients with diastolic dysfunction were choosen as patient group according to the ratio of mitral valve early (E) and late (A) diastolic flow velocity E/A1 and the ratio of 4 mitral annular sites (anterior, inferior, lateral and septal) early (Ea) and late (Aa) diastolic motion velocity Ea /Aa1 by tissue Doppler imaging. In the same time, 40 healthy adults with 1E/A2 and Ea/Aa 1 were selected as the control group. The values of early (Ve) and late (Va) diastolic motion velocity, the early (SRe) and late (SRa) diastolic strain rate of 4 mitral annular sites (anterior, inferior, lateral and septal) were measured by VVI. The ratios of velocity (Ve/Va) and strain rate (SRe/SRa) were calculated. Results: Compared with the control group, the values of Ve, Ve/Va, SRe, SRe/SRa were significantly decreased (P 0.01),and the values of Va and SRa were significantly increased (P 0.01) in every mitral annular site of the patient group. Conclusion: The motion of mitral annular could be measured quantitily by VVI, which could be used to evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function as a new method.
