摘　　要：毛巾织机与普通织机的不同关键在于毛圈机构或称起毛机构.当前国产毛巾织机都是有梭织机,自动化水平不高.产品品种单一,生产效率偏低,资源消耗大.同时也使得我国的毛巾织造技术水平长期滞后,产品质量档次不高,影响产品进入国际市场.通过分析国内外毛巾织机的起毛机构,结合机电一体化技术,在此提出了一种新的毛巾织机起毛机构设计方案,该设计能使织造产品多样化,毛圈长度也能程序控制.The difference between ordinary and terry towel looms essentially lies in the loop - pile mechanism. As those towel looms manufactured here domestically are all shuttle ones, their automation level is rather low. They produce only simple products with low productivity, consume more resources, influence the products entering the international market, and delay the development of our terry weaving technology . Having analysed some domestic and overseas loop - pile machanisms , and then introduced the mechatronics technology, the authors tried to make a breakthrough by putting forward a new design for the loop - pile mechanism.
