摘　　要：提出了历史街区更新型游憩商业区(HDA-RBD)的概念,并以成都大慈寺历史街区更新规划为例,分析了历史街区更新型RBD与城市CBD发展的有机互动机制,以期寻求一条适合我国城市发展CBD以及历史街区有机更新的可行之路。This text puts forward the conception of recreational business district of historic district model, and takes the renewal planning of Cbengdu Daci Temple historic district as an example. The article also analyzes the active interaction mechanism between recreational business district of historic district model and the development of urban central business district so as to discover a practical route suitable for the development of central business district and the renewal of historic districts in cities in China.
