摘　　要：回顾了与氨基双膦酸盐相关的不良反应事件。双膦酸盐类药物有口服与静脉注射两种类型。口服双膦酸盐主要用于治疗骨质疏松症,静脉注射的双膦酸盐用于肿瘤和骨质疏松症的治疗。两类双膦酸盐类药物的副作用在许多方面都不同。The bisphosphonates use-associated adverse events are reviewed. There are two kinds of bisphosphonates： oral bisphosphonates and intravenous bisphosphonates. Oral bisphosphonates are used for the treatment of osteoporosis, while intravenous bisphosphonates are used in oncology and for the treatment of osteoporosis. The adverse effects of these two kinds of bisphosphonates are different in many aspects.
