摘 要:目的研究低压低氧预适应(HHP)对SD大鼠缺氧耐受的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组及HHP组,分别检测对照组以及HHP后1、3、5和7d时大鼠急性重复缺氧耐受时间以及致死性缺氧死亡时间,并进行比较分析。结果急性重复缺氧耐受实验检测发现,HHP后大鼠出现喘式呼吸的时间较对照组有所延长,其中HHP后第3天,HHP处理组大鼠出现喘式呼吸时间明显延长(P<0.05);致死性缺氧时间HHP处理组与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 HHP在一定程度上能够改善大鼠耐受缺氧的能力,尤其是在HHP后第3天最为明显。Objective To evaluate the effect of hypobaric hypoxia preconditioning (HHP) on anoxic tolerance ability in Rats. Methods One hundred and eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control and HHP groups. The acute repeated and lethal anoxia time (anoxic tolerance ability) was measured 1, 3, 5, and 7 days after HHP in all the rats. Results The ability for acute repeated anoxia tolerance was improved in HHP group compared to the control group. The intermittent time among 3 asthmoid respirations 3 days after the HHP was (0.261±0.038) s/g, (0.325±0.041) s/g and (0.388±0.048) s/g respectively in HHP group, and (0.230±0.039) s/g, (0.288±0.029) s/g and (0.343±0.029) s/g respectively in the control group. There was significant difference in the above-metioned time between both the HHP and control group (P0.05). No significant differences in the lethal anoxia tolerance ability between HHP and control groups were found (P0.05). Conclusion The anoxia tolerance ability may be improved in rats by HHP, especially 3 days after HHP, to some extent.
