摘　　要：在探讨电力需求侧管理理论、方法以及电力经济结构和电力与环境问题的基础上,分析评价了电力需求侧管理对可持续发展的作用和贡献,从而得出,电力需求侧管理是促进电力系统可持续发展的战略途径之一。The method of power demand side management, the power economic structure and impact of thermal power on environment were discussed, then, contributions of power demand side management to the sustainable development were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the power demand side management plays an important role in sustainable development.
