摘 要:Ti-6Al-4V合金经940℃固溶1.5 h后水淬,再经过480~540℃时效8 h,加工成标准试样进行拉伸和双剪试验。分析断口形貌和组织,研究时效温度对组织性能的影响。结果表明,时效温度为520℃时,材料的抗拉强度和抗剪强度达到最高值;拉伸试样断口韧窝呈卵形,韧窝较深,但大小不均;室温组织晶界清晰,片层状结构明显。说明通过适当的时效温度,合理控制初生α相的晶粒尺寸,以及次生α相的形态及片层厚度,对改善材料的综合性能有积极作用。Solution treatment at 520 ℃ for 1.5 h and water quenching were applied to Ti-6Al-4V alloy,and followed by artificial aging at 480~540 ℃ for 8 h.The effects of aging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were investigated by means of SEM,optical microscope,double shearing test and tensile test.The results show that at the aging temperature of 520 ℃,the microstructure of the alloy is characterized by clear grain boundary and lamellar structure,and its tensile strength and shear strength both reach the maximum values.The fractograph of the tensile specimen aged at 520 ℃ presents a typical ductile fracture with oval and deep dimples.It can be shown that the excellent comprehensive properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy can be obtained by controlling the grain size of primary α phase and the shape and amount of the secondary α phase at optimized aging temperature.
