摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制备出含Fe、Cu、Zr的Sm2Co17型合金磁粉,通过XRD、扫描电子显微镜等研究了各级热处理后合金的显微组织和相结构的变化。结果表明:铸锭合金由TbCu7型(P6/mmm,No.191)六方结构的2∶17相组成,固溶处理4 h后获得了由TbCu7型六方和Th2Zn17型菱方结构组成的固溶体;等温时效处理后,(TbCu7+Th2Zn17)结构在转变成Th2Zn17型结构的同时析出了富Sm和富Cu的沉淀相。通过优化合金的热处理工艺,经1170℃固溶处理和830℃等温时效后获得了密度为6.7 g/cm3,磁性能为:Br=0.565 T,Hci=615.2 kA/m,(BH)max=53 kJ/m3的各向同性Sm(Co0.66Fe0.25Cu0.07Zr0.02)8.0粘结磁体。Magnetic powders of Sm2Co17 alloy containing Fe,Cu and Zr were prepared by powder metallurgy method.Phase transformation and microstructure evolution of Sm(Co0.66 Fe0.25 Cu0.07 Zr0.02)8.0 alloy in the process of heat treatment were investigated by XRD and SEM.The results show that a hexagonal metastable TbCu7 structure type of 2∶ 17 phase is observed in the alloy ingot,and the solid solution of the solution-treated samples consists of hexagonal TbCu7(1∶ 7H) and rhombohedral Th2 Zn17(2∶ 17R) structure.After isothermal aging,TbCu7 and Th2 Zn17 structure is transformed into Th2 Zn17 type structure with precipitation of Sm-rich and Cu-rich phase.Through optimizing heat treatment process,the isotropic Sm2 Co17 bonded magnets with a density of 6.7 g /cm3 are obtained after solid solution at 1170 ℃ and aging at 830 ℃,and magnetic properties of the magnets are Br = 0.565 T,Hci = 615.2 kA /m and(BH) max = 53 kJ /m3.
