摘　　要：目的 探讨数字X线成像(digital radiology,DR)摄影中的伪影形成原因及解决方法。方法搜集我院日常工作中使用数字X线摄影时产生伪影的图像共150幅,分析其原因并提出解决方法。结果 150副伪影图像中因准直器故障所致的有20幅(占13.3%)、中心线偏移所致的有38幅(占25.3%),X线剂量过高或过低所致的有47幅(占31.3%),软件错误所致的有24幅(占16%),未做校正所致的有21幅(占14%)。通过采取适当对策后,所有伪影全部消除。结论正确的了解伪影产生的原因和解决办法,对提影像图像的质量及影像医师的诊断符合率具有十分重要的作用。Objective To discuss the causes and solutions of artifacts in the digital radiology（DR）images.Methods 150 images which had artifacts were collected when we used DR in the daily work of our hospital.The causes and solutions of artifacts were analyzed.Results In the 150 images,20（13.3%）were caused by collimator failure,38（25.3%）were caused by center line offset,47（31.3%）were caused by X-ray dosage higher or lower,24（16%）were caused by software error,21（14%）were caused by no making correction.All of the artifacts were disappeared after taking countermeasures.Conclusion Understanding the causes and solutions of image artifacts correctly were very important to improve image quality and diagnostic accuracy for radiologists.
