摘　　要：目的 探讨CT引导下肺穿刺活检在肺外周占位诊断中的意义。方法收集诊断不明肺外周病变75例,CT机引导下,活检针穿刺抽取病变组织固定后送病理检验。结果穿刺成功率100%,病变定性诊断准确率98.6%(74/75),气胸发生率4%(3/75),出血发生率4%(3/75),均治愈。结论 CT引导下肺穿刺活检能帮助不明肺外周占位诊断,为临床治疗提供依据。Objective To evaluate the CT-guided lung biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary occupying significance.Methods Unknown diagnosis 75 cases of peripheral pulmonary lesions were collected and CT-guidance punctured lesions and taken pathology.Results The rate of successful was100%,the rate of disease diagnosis accuracy was 98.6%（74/75）,the rate of pneumothorax was 4%（3/75）,the rate of bleeding was 4%（3/75）,whole were cured.Conclusion CT-guided lung biopsy of peripheral lung lesions could help unknown placeholder diagnosis and provide the basis for clinical treatment.
