摘  要:对用复合纤维素酶处理杨木 S G W 浆, 改善浆的滤水性能和抄造性能进行了研究。结果表明, 用复合纤维素酶对杨木 S G W 浆进行处理, 在保持浆原强度的情况下, 浆的滤水性能有较明显的改善。The effect of enzyme treatment on the drainage property of aspen SGW pulp was studied.Two types (E A and E B) of enzymatic products,which were obtained by the fermentation of T. reesei. were respectively provided by our laboratory and Novo' company.They were added to improve the drainage property as well as pulp freeness with little loss in the strength properties of the pulp. The complex cellulases seemed to be suited for the treatment of the aspen SGW pulp.The complex cellulases from. T.reesei mainly contained endoglucanase (EG),ellobiohydrolase (CBH),and xylanase.The complex cellulases were necessary for improving the drainage property of the aspen SGW pulp,only xylanase was ineffective.
