摘　　要：随着1999年我国高等院校扩招以来,劳动力就业压力的增大以及国际金融危机的负面影响,大学生就业面临着严峻的挑战,成为全社会普遍关注的热点问题。如何采取行之有效的措施解决就业难的问题就显得尤为重要和迫切。本文结合当前社会发展实际情况,阐述了高校毕业生的就业现状,分析了就业难的原因,提出了相应的对策,以期为高校毕业生就业提供一点借鉴。Since the increasing enrollment in higher institutions in 1999, the increasing pressure of the labor employment as well as the side effect of the globe crisis makes it difficult for graduates to be employed while they are facing serious challenges, which has be- come a hot spot of the society. So it＇ s really desperately demanded and important to find out effective measures to solve the difficult employment. According to the actual social development, the essay has elaborated the employment and analyzed the causes of it, and it also has put forward possible solutions with a view to providing some strategies for the employment of college graduates.
