荧光定量PCR技术在临床微生物检测中的应用

摘　　要：荧光定量PCR技术是近些年来发展起来的一种核酸检测技术,它以灵敏度高、特异性强、重复性好、快速准确定量等特点被广泛应用于各个领域。现主要介绍荧光定量PCR技术在病毒、细菌、真菌和寄生虫4个临床微生物检测方面的应用进展。Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（FQ-PCR,namely Real-time PCR） is a kind of technique for detection of nuclear acids,which is developed recently.With the advantage of high specificity and sensitivity,sound repetitiveness,rapid and precise quantification,it has been applied extensively in pathogen detection,gene expression analysis,single nucleotide polymorphism（SNP） analysis,analysis of chromosome aberrations.This paper reviewed the application in detection of clinical microorganisms with FQ-PCR.
