摘 要:介绍了一种单级链式逆变器,该逆变器采用了移相全桥的控制方式。传统的移相全桥ZVS逆变器滞后桥臂很难实现ZVS,通过在传统的移相全桥电路中添加辅助谐振电路,从而使滞后桥臂实现ZVS。在ORCAD环境中进行了电路仿真,仿真结果证明,增加的辅助谐振电路能够有效地改善变压器漏感的续流能力,从而降低了开关损耗。This paper introduced a single-stage chain inverter, with the phase-shifted and full-bridge control mode. Because the lagging-leg achieving ZVS in the traditional phase-shifted and full-bridge inverter is difficult, through adding an auxiliary res- onant branch in the traditional phase-shifted and full-bridge inverter, it can solve the problem that lagging-leg achieving ZVS dif- ficultly. Simulating of the inverter with ORCAD simulation software, the simulation results show that, auxiliary resonant branch can improve the transfomr leakage inductance freewheeling capability, reduce the switch waste consequently.
