摘　　要：通过产业集群实现技术创新是技术创新网络化的一种重要形式,也是理解"两个熊彼特"悖论的新视角。建立在企业网络基础上的产业集群能够提供技术创新竞争的激励机制,建立长期、稳定的技术创新协作机制,降低企业技术创新成本,促进缄默知识的学习和传播,为技术扩散提供有效渠道。随着产业集群创新网络的孕育、形成,技术创新得以实现并能够进一步推进产业集群的发展和提升创新能力。充分发挥产业集群的技术创新效能对于促进现阶段我国技术创新和产业集群升级具有重要意义。It is an important form of technological innovation networking to achieve technological innovation by industrial clusters.At the same time,it is a new way to understand the paradox of ＂two Schumpeter＂.The industrial clusters based on cluster technology innovation networks can provide a long-term and stable competition and cooperative mechanism of technological innovation,reduce the cost of technological innovation,incentive to tacit knowledge＇s learning and communication,and provide an effective channel for the technology diffusion.With the breeding and formation of industrial clusters＇ innovation network,technology innovations begin to happen,and further more which will promote the development of industrial clusters and innovation improved.It is very important to make full use of the technological innovation performance of industrial clusters for the promotion of technological innovation and upgrading industrial clusters at the present stage in China.
