摘　　要：对IEEE软件可靠性系列标准进行分析,总结了IEEE制定软件可靠性标准的经验,以软件可靠性发展趋势。同时,结合我国软件可靠性标准化工作现状,提出软件可靠性标准的制定及关标准修订的可借鉴之处。Based on the analysis of the IEEE standards of software reliability,experience in developed standards by IEEE and the trend of software reliability are proposed.The history of software reliability standards of China,the current trends and existing problems,and specific difficulties are addressed.Possible future directions and promising research subjects in software reliability engineering are also addressed.
