手术器械喷雾润滑的效果观察及成本分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术器械喷雾润滑的效果以及使用成本分析。方法 38个器械包按包种类平均分成两组,随机编号为A组和B组,A组器械清洗、烘干后采用1∶10的润滑防锈剂溶液浸泡润滑;B组器械清洗、烘干约15 min直接用1∶10的润滑防锈剂溶液喷雾润滑;观察两组清洗合格率、3个月累加的生锈率以及每月平均费用。结果两组器械清洗合格率和生锈率差异无统计学意义,器械润滑防锈每月的平均费用A组为6252元、B组为917元,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用喷雾润滑可达到满意器械保养效果而且能明显降低器械润滑防锈成本,提高工作效率。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of spray lubrication of surgical instrument and its cost.METHODS Thirty-eight surgical instrument sets were randomly divided into two groups（A and B）.Group A was immersed into the lubricant and anti-rust solution with 1∶ 10 concentration after cleaning and dry.Group B was lubrication using directed spraying of lubricant and anti-rust solution with 1∶ 10concentration after 15 minutes dry cleaning.The qualified rate of instruments,the condition of rusted instruments of three month and the average cost per-month in two groups were compared.RESULTS There were no statistically significant difference in the qualification rate of instruments and the condition of rusted instruments between the two groups,while the average cost per-month between two groups had the statistically significant difference（P0.01）.CONCLUSION Manual lubrication of instrument using directed spraying not only has the satisfied effect,but also obviously low cost for maintaining the instruments.
