风险管理在内镜室感染控制中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在提升内镜感染控制质量中的应用。方法应用风险管理理念和方法,对内镜室常见院感风险进行识别、评估,强化护士的法制观念和风险意识,营造安全文化氛围,制定改进的有效感染控制管理措施,加强薄弱环节管理及全面监控。结果内镜医院感染风险事件减少,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);医护人员职业暴露例次减少,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用风险管理增强护士主动护理意识,建立内镜感染控制长效管理机制,实现了内镜诊疗的安全管理。OBJECTIVE To explore the application of risk management in improving the quality of infection control management of endoscope room.METHODS Ideas and methods of risk management were applied to identify and estimate the common risks of endoscope room.The legal concept and risk awareness of the nurses were strengthened to create safety culture and establish improved effective infection control management methods.The management of weakness and whole control were strengthened.RESULTS The risk cases of nosocomial infection were decreased,and the exposed cases were decreased（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The application of risk management enhances the positive nursing awareness for nurses,the management systems of endoscope in infection control has been established,and the safe management of endoscopy therapy has been actualized.
