摘　　要：目的合理使用一次性物品可有效控制内镜室医院感染的发生,从而提高诊疗质量。方法对内镜室医院感染的危险因素进行分析,确定一次性物品的使用区域和项目。结果一次性物品使用得当可降低内镜室交叉感染的发生,保证患者的生命安全。结论合理使用一次性物品是确保内镜安全诊治的需要。OBJECTIVE To improve the quality of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment by the reasonable use of disposable goods.METHODS The risk factors for nosocomial infection of endoscopic room were analyzed,and the use regional and item of disposable goods were determinated.RESULTS The cross-infection in endoscopy room may be reduced by the reasonable use of disposable goods and the safety of patients was ensured.CONCLUSION The reasonable use of disposable goods may ensure the safety of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment.
