摘　　要：目的探讨临时野战手术室感染控制工作的重要意义和主要内容。方法临时组建野战手术室的感染控制工作,必须把握环境要求、启用前的准备、卫生标准、消毒要求、人员管理、物品管理、特殊感染的预防控制处理等多方面的工作要点。结果系统、规范的工作模式有利于野战手术室感染控制工作的落实。结论加强野战手术室感染控制对于在灾难环境下做好医疗防护工作有积极的意义。OBJECTIVE To propose the important meaning and the primary coverage of temporary field operation room infection＇s controlling work.METHODS The field operation room for the infection control work was set up temporarily.The environmental requirement met,the sanitary standards before beginning the preparation,the disinfection request,the man management,the goods manage,the special infection′s prevention and control process and various work points were carried out.RESULTS The systematic and standard working pattern was advantageous to the field operation operating room for the infection control work realization.CONCLUSION To strengthen the field operation operating room infection control regarding to complete the medical protection work under the disaster environment have the positive significance.
