集中处理外来手术器械控制外科感染的调查

摘　　要：目的提高患者手术安全性,保证外来手术器械的清洗、消毒、灭菌质量,有效地控制医院感染。方法按照《消毒技术规范》,将外来手术器械集中处理,制定有效科学的处理流程,回顾性分析医院2008年1月-2009年12月外来手术器械处理情况。结果器械公司业务员分散处理时手术部位总感染率为0.58%,供应室集中处理后手术部位总感染率为0.27%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.85,P<0.05)。结论通过强化规范处理流程及监测、质量追溯管理,保证了外来手术器械清洗、灭菌质量安全,是控制手术患者医院感染的重要环节。OBJECTIVE To improve the safety of operation,ensure the quality of cleaning,disinfection and sterilization for the esthetic surgical instruments,and control hospital infection effectively.METHODS According to the technical standard for disinfection.the abexstra surgical instruments were collected for centralized disposal.The effective and scientific procedure was made,and the results of disposal of abexstra surgical instruments from Jan 2008 to Dec 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The general infection rate of the surgical sites was 0.58% in the decentralized disposal by the staffs coming from the instruments companies,and 0.27% in the centralized disposal after disposal in the supply room.The difference between the two disposal results was statistically significant（χ2=3.85,P0.05）.CONCLUSION With performing the standardized disposal procedure and monitoring the traceable quality management,it can ensure the quality and safety of cleaning and sterilization for surgical instruments.Therefore it is an important step for the control of postoperative infection in the hospital.
