摘 要:目的分析综合医院感染病原菌的分布,并作出趋势分析,指导临床科学预防控制医院感染。方法使用北京市医院感染管理质量控制和改进中心Version2.0版医院感染监控管理系统,对2007-2009年医院感染病原菌进行统计分析。结果 3年中临床科室送检医院感染病例标本共检出病原菌833株,医院感染病原菌前5位是金黄色葡萄球菌156株,占18.73%,铜绿假单胞菌131株,占15.73%,鲍氏不动杆菌75株,占9.01%,肺炎克雷伯菌69株,占8.28%,白色假丝酵母菌65株,占7.80%;下呼吸道分离的病原菌603株,占72.39%。结论科学监测,减少医院感染病原菌,降低医院感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in general hospital and to provide scientific bases for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections in clinics.METHODS Version2.0 nosocomial infection control system that comes from Beijing hospital infection control improvement and management Centre was applied to statistically analyze the pathogenic bacteria during 2007-2009.RESULTS During the three years of clinical inspection,a total of 833 hospital infection bacteria specimens were detected.The top five pathogens of nosocomial infection were Staphylococcus aureus 156(18.73%),Pseudomonas aeruginosa 131(15.73%),Acinetobacter baumannii 75(9.01%),Klebsiella pneumoniae 69(8.28%),and Candida albicans 65(7.80%).The pathogens isolated from the lower respiratory tract were 603,accounting for 72.39%.CONCLUSION Scientific monitoring can reduce the nosocomial infection pathogens and the incidence of nosocomial infection.
